Soccer Recap: Springfield Takes a Loss

Springfield managed to keep up with Stratton Mountain School until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Cosmos lost 4-0 to Stratton Mountain School. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Stratton Mountain School this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in September.

Springfield's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4-2. As for Stratton Mountain School, their victory bumped their record up to 7-1-1.

Coincidentally, Springfield and Stratton Mountain School will both be playing Hartford the next time they take the pitch. The Cosmos will head out to face the Hurricanes at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, while Stratton Mountain School will host them at 11:00 a.m. on the 18th.
