KIPP Navigate College Prep waltzed into their contest on Wednesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They blew past the Latino College Preparatory Academy Golden Eagles 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

KIPP Navigate College Prep's got stronger as the match went on, holding Latino College Preparatory Academy to fewer and fewer points set over set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 25-20, 25-16.

KIPP Navigate College Prep can attribute much of their success to Andrea Munquia, who had eight aces. Those eight aces gave Munquia a new career-high.

Munquia wasn't the only good servers: KIPP Navigate College Prep was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 24 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least 19 aces in four consecutive matchups.

KIPP Navigate College Prep's record now sits at 9-1. As for Latino College Preparatory Academy, their defeat was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-9.
