Basketball Recap: Greenwood Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Greenwood Christian Academy was the 35-33 winner over Indianapolis Bishop Chatard when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Greenwood Christian Academy Cougars took a 41-35 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Indianapolis Bishop Chatard Trojans.

Indianapolis Bishop Chatard's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Zach Mccormack, who posted eight points in addition to nine rebounds and four blocks. Those four blocks gave Mccormack a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Alexander Lake, who earned 12 points and five boards.

Greenwood Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 9-12. As for Indianapolis Bishop Chatard, the win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 4-14.

We've got a battle between Cougars coming up. As for Indianapolis Bishop Chatard, they will take on Indianapolis Lutheran at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
