Softball Recap: North Hills Christian Comes Up Short

If North Hills Christian was riding high fresh off their 18-3 takedown of Thomasville last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. North Hills Christian lost 19-2 to the Gray Stone Day Knights on Thursday. The matchup marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

North Hills Christian now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Gray Stone Day, with the victory, they broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Hills Christian will face off against Salem Baptist Christian at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Gray Stone Day, they will venture away from home to challenge Union Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Union Academy will roll in looking for their 14th straight win, something Gray Stone Day surely won't give up without a fight.
