Porter-Gaud won the last time they faced Philip Simmons and things went their way on Wednesday too. Porter-Gaud's defense stepped up to hand Philip Simmons a 4-0 shutout. Porter-Gaud might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten contests by three goals or more this season.

Zoe Molten and Rory Peterson scored all four of Porter-Gaud's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 27 goals.

Porter-Gaud pushed their record up to 12-1 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Philip Simmons, they now have a losing record of 5-6-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Porter-Gaud will venture away from home to challenge Ashley Hall at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Philip Simmons, they will head out to square off against James Island at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. James Island will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Philip Simmons surely won't give up without a fight.
