Basketball Recap: St. Michael the Archangel Takes a Loss

On Tuesday, the St. Michael the Archangel Guardians came up short against the Winnetonka Griffins and fell 72-65. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Saturday (55), the Guardians still had to take the loss.

St. Michael the Archangel dropped their record down to 5-8 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Winnetonka, their victory bumped their record up to 12-3.

St. Michael the Archangel has already played their next contest, a 71-65 loss against Pembroke Hill on the 7th. As for Winnetonka, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 64-50 win against Smithville on the 6th.
