North Broward Prep was sadly handed a loss on Thursday, but Filippo Baldassarri did his best to prevent it. Baldassarri tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. The effort also marked the fewest walks (one) he has had since back in April of 2024.

Baldassarri and North Broward Prep will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Archbishop McCarthy at 6:30 p.m. on March 4th.
