King Prep has no trouble against Raleigh-Egypt

Even though the King Prep Rams have not done well against the Raleigh-Egypt Pharaohs recently (they were 0-4 in their previous four matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. King Prep enjoyed a cozy 50-32 victory over Raleigh-Egypt. The victory was just business as usual for King Prep, who after three games remain undefeated this season.

King Prep's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Terranisha Washington-Moore led the charge by dropping a double-double on 17 points and 13 rebounds. That makes it two consecutive games in which Washington-Moore has scored at least 25% of King Prep's points. Another player making a difference was Aniyah Brown, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 12 rebounds.

King Prep's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Raleigh-Egypt, they now have a losing record at 2-3.

King Prep will head out on the road to face off against Booker T. Washington at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Raleigh-Egypt, they will play host again and welcome Harding Academy, where tip off is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
