Basketball Game Preview: Armada Tigers vs. St. Clair Saints

The Armada Tigers will take on the St. Clair Saints in a tournament on Friday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Armada saw some tournament action on Wednesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Marine City 52-18. The Tigers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten contests by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, St. Clair had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 21 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Vikings by a score of 46-39.

Armada's victory bumped their record up to 18-3. As for St. Clair, their win bumped their record up to 17-5.

Armada strolled past St. Clair in their previous meeting back in March of 2024 by a score of 56-41. Will Armada repeat their success, or does St. Clair have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
