Eli Ortega put in work no matter where he played. On the mound, he struck out seven batters over six innings while giving up four earned (and one unearned) runs off six hits. Ortega was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one run. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played.

Fort Knox's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Green County hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .365. It's a different story for Fort Knox, though, as they've only averaged .255. Will they be able to contain Green County's hitters?
Green County took their victory against Fort Knox in their previous meeting back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 15-5 score. Do the Dragons have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Eagles turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
