Baseball Recap: Lexington Takes a Loss

Lexington lost against Clear Fork back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Minutemen fell just short of the Colts by a score of 5-4.

Lexington's loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-9. As for Clear Fork, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lexington will square off against Mansfield Senior at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Clear Fork, they will challenge Madison Comprehensive at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
