Basketball Game Preview: Foss Falcons vs. Fife Trojans

Foss is 1-9 against Fife since January of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Foss Falcons will be playing at home against the Fife Trojans at 6:00 p.m.

Foss is headed into Friday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fourth straight game on Wednesday. They were beaten by Eatonville 78-27. While losing is never fun, the Falcons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 341st, while the Cruisers are ranked 98th).

Meanwhile, Fife waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They blew past the Cardinals 57-34. The Trojans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 22 points or more this season.

Fife's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-3. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 25.5 points. As for Foss, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-13.
