Basketball Recap: Dimmitt Snaps Six-Game Streak of Losses at Home

Dimmitt's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They managed a 56-52 victory over the Springlake-Earth Wolverines. That's more bragging rights for the Bobcats , who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Dimmitt's win ended a six-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-6. As for Springlake-Earth, they now have a losing record at 2-3.

Dimmitt will venture away from home to take on Shallowater at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Springlake-Earth, they will be home for the holidays to greet Silverton at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Springlake-Earth is facing Silverton at the right time seeing as Silverton is stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
