After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Mainland Regional, the Bishop Eustace Prep Crusaders were happy to have found some success on Saturday. They came out on top against King's Christian by a score of 50-37.

King's Christian lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Jason Brice, who scored ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Owen Atkins, who scored eight points.

Bishop Eustace Prep's victory bumped their record up to 9-10. As for King's Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-3.

Bishop Eustace Prep will look to defend their home court on Monday against the Gators at 6:00 p.m. Gateway Regional will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps New Jersey Rankings (they are ranked 422nd, while the Crusaders are ranked 99th). As for King's Christian, they will head out on the road to challenge the at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
