Elmore County won against Opelika on Saturday with eight runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Saturday. Everything went Elmore County's way against Pelham as Elmore County made off with an 8-1 win. The victory was familiar territory for Elmore County, who have now won four contests in a row.

Elmore County pushed their record up to 14-6 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.3 runs over those games. As for Pelham, their loss dropped their record down to 13-6.
