Northfield had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 15 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They walked away with a 41-29 win over the Lewis Cass Kings. For the Norsemen, this counts as revenge for the 44-30 victory the Kings walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2024.

Northfield was led to victory by Elli Baker and Emily Miller. Baker almost dropped a double-double on nine points and nine rebounds, while Miller almost dropped a double-double on nine points and nine rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Callie Hoffman, who posted five points and nine boards.

When it comes to explaining why Lewis Cass lost, don't look at Aftin Griffin. Despite the final result, she had 16 points and three steals.
