Volleyball Game Preview: Kearny Kardinals vs. St. Peter's Prep Marauders

The Kearny Kardinals will head out on the road to face off against the St. Peter's Prep Marauders at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Kearny is coming into the contest hot, having won their last five games.

On Wednesday, Kearny was able to grind out a solid win over Dickinson, taking the game 2-0.

Meanwhile, St. Peter's Prep didn't have quite enough to beat Bayonne on Wednesday and fell 2-1. The defeat continues a trend for the Marauders in their meetings with the Bees: they've now lost five in a row.

Kearny pushed their record up to 6-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for St. Peter's Prep, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.

Kearny beat St. Peter's Prep 2-0 in their previous meeting on April 2nd. Will the Kardinals repeat their success, or do the Marauders have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
