Baseball Recap: Notre Dame Academy Gets the Win

The Notre Dame Academy Tritons were able to grind out a solid win over the Winneconne Wolves on Friday, taking the game 10-6. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Tritons.

Notre Dame Academy got a massive performance out of Tripp Wroblewski, who went 2-for-4 with four RBI, two runs, and one triple. Those four RBI gave Wroblewski a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Jacob Reineking, who went 2-for-3 with three runs, one triple, and one double.

Notre Dame Academy's record now sits at 10-8. As for Winneconne, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-7.

Looking ahead, Notre Dame Academy will square off against Sheboygan North at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Tritons are facing the Raiders at the right time seeing as the Raiders are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Winneconne, they will face off against Xavier at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
