The Springfield Yellow Jackets will head out to take on the Kirkwood Cobras at 6:00 p.m. Kirkwood took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Springfield, who comes in off a win.

Springfield is headed into the contest after thoroughly thrashing Northeast: they outscored them in every quarter. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that Springfield blew Northeast out of the water with a 60-20 final score. The Yellow Jackets pushed the score to 45-13 by the end of the third, a deficit the Eagles had no chance of recovering from.

Meanwhile, Kirkwood played a tough game on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They had to suffer through a 52-17 loss at the hands of Rossview. The Cobras were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 29-6.

Springfield's victory bumped their record up to 14-10. As for Kirkwood, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-15.

Springfield skirted past Kirkwood 39-37 when the teams last played two weeks ago. The rematch might be a little tougher for Springfield since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
