Soccer Recap: Steamboat Springs Takes a Loss

Steamboat Springs and Colorado Academy squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Steamboat Springs had to settle for second. They lost 7-0 to the Mustangs. Considering the last time Steamboat Springs couldn't score was back in April, the team can't take the result too hard.

Steamboat Springs' loss dropped their record down to 9-7-1. As for Colorado Academy, they pushed their record up to 14-1-2 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home.

Steamboat Springs does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Colorado Academy, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, an 8-0 victory against Stargate School on the 13th.
