Basketball Recap: Harrison Takes a Loss

If Harrison was riding high fresh off their 67-40 takedown of Ardsley last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Harrison Huskies received a blow on Friday as they fell 63-48 to the Mamaroneck Tigers. The defeat continues a trend for the Huskies in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now lost six in a row.

Harrison's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Mamaroneck, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.

Harrison will head out to take on Yonkers Montessori Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mamaroneck, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Rye at 3:30 p.m. on January 4, 2025.
