Basketball Recap: Rossford Comes Up Short

Rossford was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were six points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 60-54 heartbreaker at the hands of the Oak Harbor Rockets. The Bulldogs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rockets apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Rossford's record is now 1-7. As for Oak Harbor, their victory ended a ten-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Rossford will challenge Arcadia at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Oak Harbor, they will face off against Cardinal Stritch at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
