Wyoming High School Activities Association cancels state basketball tournament and speech

Class 3A and 4A tourneys won't proceed due to coronavirus concerns.

The Wyoming High School Activities Association announced Thursday that the Class 3A and 4A state basketball tournaments as well as state speech have been canceled.
The basketball tournaments were scheduled to begin today in Casper but the WHSAA elected to follow the lead of most sports organizations around the country in deciding not to hold the event.
