After a string of eight wins, Milwaukee King's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell just short of Hamilton/Audubon by a score of 48-46. The Generals were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Hamilton/Audubon earlier this season, when they won 62-30.

Milwaukee King's loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 7-1-1 and their overall record down to 10-5-1. As for Hamilton/Audubon, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Milwaukee King will head out to take on Milwaukee School of Languages at 2:15 p.m. on Saturday. Milwaukee School of Languages will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Milwaukee King surely won't give up without a fight. As for Hamilton/Audubon, they are taking a road trip to challenge Milwaukee Juneau at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
