Football Recap: South Miami Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for South Miami's offense. They were outmatched by the Carol City Chiefs and fell 29-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Cobras in their meetings with the Chiefs: they've now lost three in a row.

South Miami's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Carol City, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-2.

Coming up, South Miami will take on Belen Jesuit at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Carol City, they will face off against North Miami Beach at 7:30 p.m. on the 10th.
