Softball Recap: North Takes a Loss

After soaring to 11 runs the game before, North was a bit more limited in their matchup on Monday. They lost 8-2 to the West Warriors. The game snapped a strange streak: the last four times these teams have met, it?s been the away team that?s taken home the W.

North saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jaelyn Tout, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

North's defeat was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 7-21. As for West, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-7 record this season.

As of now, neither North nor West have any future games scheduled.
