The Arizona College Prep Knights will take on the Campo Verde Coyotes at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Arizona College Prep is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 10.2 runs per game this season.

Last Saturday, Arizona College Prep made easy work of Dakota Ridge and carried off a 14-4 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Knights.

Ashton Sanchez was incredible, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, three runs, and four RBI. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Austin Longfellow, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-3.

Meanwhile, Campo Verde lost 19-5 to Gilbert on Monday. The Coyotes haven't had much luck with the Tigers recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Ezekiel Zion was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run while going 4-for-4.

Campo Verde's loss dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Arizona College Prep, their win bumped their record up to 10-3.

Tuesday's contest might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Arizona College Prep has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .460. However, it's not like Campo Verde struggles in that department as they've averaged .467. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
