Baseball Game Preview: Covenant School of Jacksonville Warriors vs. St. Johns Country Day Spartans

For the second straight game, Covenant School of Jacksonville will face off against St. Johns Country Day. The Warriors are taking a road trip to challenge the Spartans at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Covenant School of Jacksonville is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.2 runs per game this season.

St. Johns Country Day is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-8 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.6 runs on average over those games. As for Covenant School of Jacksonville, their loss dropped their record down to 15-12.

The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Tuesday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster.
