A win for Clay just wasn't in the cards on Friday as the team wasn't able to take the lead at any point. They came up short against the Orange Park Raiders, falling 33-7. The Blue Devils were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Raiders apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2023.

Landon Martin threw for 60 yards on four of 18 attempts. Daylen Brown was his top target, picking up 38 receiving yards. On the ground, Lavaris Roberts rushed for 95 yards and a touchdown.

Gabe Taylor was nothing short of spectacular for Orange Park: he rushed for 32 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 132 yards and two touchdowns. That's the most rushing yards Taylor has posted since back in September.

Clay dropped their record down to 3-7 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Orange Park, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-7.
