North Pitt came into their game  on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They had to suffer through  a    45-12 loss at the hands of the Eastern Wayne Warriors. The Panthers' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.
 North Pitt's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Bralan Wilson, who rushed for 72 yards and one  TD on only eight carries. Wilson was even better on defense, picking up  a  sack and making seven total tackles (2.0 for loss). Another rusher making a difference was  Juhron Clemmons, who rushed for 110 yards on only 12 carries.
  Izeiah Oates had another great game (as  he tends to do), rushing for 45 yards and four  touchdowns, while also throwing for 313 yards and a pair of  TDs while picking up 14.9 yards per attempt for Eastern Wayne. Those  313  passing yards gave  Oates a new career-high.
North Pitt now  has a losing record of 4-5. As for Eastern Wayne, they pushed their record up to 5-2 with the  victory, which was their tenth straight  at home dating back to last season.
 Coincidentally, North Pitt and Eastern Wayne will both be playing Washington the next time they take the field. The Warriors will head out to face the Pam Pack at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday, while the Panthers will  host them  at 7:00  p.m.  on  the 31st.
