Volleyball Recap: Glendale Takes a Loss

Glendale lost against West Branch back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Vikings came up short against the Warriors, falling 3-0. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-9, 25-20.

When it comes to explaining why Glendale lost, don't look at Hannah Matish. Despite the final result, she had five kills and four digs.

Glendale now has a losing record of 12-13-1. As for West Branch, the victory (which was their 22nd in a row) raised their record to 24-1-2.

Looking ahead, Glendale will square off against Ferndale at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for West Branch, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Holy Redeemer on the 11th.
