Meanwhile, Providence Grove unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-game winning streak on Friday. They fell 44-33 to Uwharrie Charter Academy.

Southwestern Randolph's victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 17-0. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.5 points per game. As for Providence Grove, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-5.
