Baseball Recap: Harrison Takes a Loss

Harrison was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They lost 10-0 to the St. Mary Gaels. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Blue Tide of the 20-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.

Harrison's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for St. Mary, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.

Harrison didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 7-4 defeat against Manchester Regional on the 22nd. As for St. Mary, they have also already played their next game, a 10-0 win against Wood-Ridge on the 23rd.
