Football Game Recap: Colville vs. Chewelah

Colville simply couldn't be stopped on Friday, as they easily beat Chewelah 49-14. That result was just more of the same for Colville, who also won the last time these teams played.

Colville got off to a slow start in their previous match, but they had no such trouble against Chewelah and cruised to a 35-point first half. Chewelah put up 7, so the score was 35-7 at the half. The Colville defense stood its ground in the third quarter, giving up 0 and all but finishing the matchup. The win bumped their record up to 1-2. The loss dropped Chewelah's record to 1-2.

Colville will stay at home next week against Lakeside at 7:00 PM. Chewelah will look to defend their home turf against Reardan at 7:00 PM.
