Newsome has gone 7-1 against East Bay recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Newsome Wolves will look to defend their home court against the East Bay Indians at 8:00 p.m. Newsome will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

On Friday, Newsome didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Lennard, but they still walked away with a 50-46 victory. Given the Wolves' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 68th, while the Longhorns are ranked 445th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, East Bay ended up a good deal behind Plant City on Friday and lost 73-56. The Indians have struggled against the Raiders recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.

Newsome pushed their record up to 16-1 with the win, which was their ninth straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.6 points per game. As for East Bay, their loss dropped their record down to 10-7.
