Baseball Recap: Whiting Oilers vs. Hammond Academy of Science & Tech Hawks
Whiting had lost three straight at home, but on Wednesday they dropped their record down to 2-11 to make it four. They came up short against the Hammond Academy of Science & Tech Hawks, falling 8-0. The Oilers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Hawks apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.
