Sherman Oaks CES played in-conference for the first time on Monday and they got just the result they were looking for. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Fulton Jaguars 3-2. The Knights haven't had any issues with the Jaguars recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Sherman Oaks CES was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The final score came out to 25-9, 23-25, 23-25, 25-15, 15-11.

The victory got Sherman Oaks CES back to even at 3-3. As for Fulton, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-4.

Coming up, Sherman Oaks CES will venture away from home to take on East Valley at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Fulton, they will welcome Northridge Academy at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. Fulton is facing Northridge Academy at the right time seeing as Northridge Academy is stuck on a nine-game losing streak.
