Soccer Game Preview: Meadowdale vs. Glacier Peak

Meadowdale hasn't had much luck against Glacier Peak recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Meadowdale Mavericks will look to take advantage of their home pitch for the first time this season as they take on the Glacier Peak Grizzlies at 7:30 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Meadowdale fell victim to Mountlake Terrace and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They lost 3-0 to the Hawks. The Mavericks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Glacier Peak's game on Tuesday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of Jackson by a score of 2-1. The loss was the Grizzlies' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Glacier Peak fell to 1-1-1. As for Meadowdale, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
