Baseball Recap: Keene Falls Short Against Ranked Exeter

Keene faced Exeter in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Blackbirds fell just short of the Blue Hawks by a score of 5-4. The Blackbirds have struggled against the Blue Hawks recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost meeting.

Miles Desrosiers was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. Brayden French was another key player, going 2-for-4 with one run and one RBI.

Keene's loss dropped their record down to 5-2. As for Exeter, the win keeps they at an undefeated 6-0.
