Volleyball Recap: Holbrook Comes Up Short

The Holbrook Roadrunners didn't have quite enough to beat the Williams Vikings on Friday and fell 2-1. The Roadrunners have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Among those leading the charge was Kenzie Orozco, who had 14 digs. She has been hot, having posted ten or more digs the last six times she's played.

Holbrook's defeat dropped their record down to 2-18. As for Williams, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-6.

Looking ahead, Holbrook will be playing at home against Show Low at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Williams, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Willcox on the 10th.
