Softball Recap: Chester Wins Going Away Against Central

Chester's game on Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Central Eagles with a sharp 18-4 victory. The result was nothing new for the Cyclones, who have now won ten contests by ten runs or more so far this season.

Chester has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.8 runs over those games. As for Central, their defeat was their 18th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-19.

As of now, neither Chester nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
