Basketball Game Preview: North Arlington Vikings vs. Kearny Kardinals

The North Arlington Vikings will square off against the Kearny Kardinals at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Last Friday, North Arlington was able to grind out a solid win over Hawthorne Christian, taking the game 57-45.

Meanwhile, Kearny waltzed into their matchup on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Everything went their way against the Blue Tide as they made off with a 66-40 victory.

North Arlington's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-10. As for Kearny, they now have a winning record of 9-8.

North Arlington might still be hurting after the 66-42 loss they got from Kearny in their previous meeting back in December of 2018. Can North Arlington avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
