Soccer Recap: Kenwood Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Kenwood, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Wednesday. They beat the North Grand Eagle Owls by a goal, winning 1-0. Kenwood's winning goal came courtesy of Addy Wells.

Kenwood pushed their record up to 10-2 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those four games. As for North Grand, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-4.

Kenwood will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Prosser at 5:30 p.m. on the 15th. North Grand does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
