Baseball Recap: Clinton Arrows vs. Brookhaven Panthers
While Clinton's win against Brookhaven wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Arrows won by a run and slipped past the Panthers 6-5. The Arrows haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.
Jack Grove looked comfortable as he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. What's more, he posted four strikeouts, the most he's had since back in March.
On the hitting side, Ethan Dodson was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs and one RBI. Stone Crain was another key player, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with one double and one RBI.
