Baseball Recap: Pisgah Extends Home Winning Streak to Six

Pisgah won against Raleigh last Tuesday with seven runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Thursday. Pisgah came out on top against the Magee Trojans by a score of 7-2. The Dragons haven't had any issues with the Trojans recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Pisgah pushed their record up to 13-6 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Magee, their loss dropped their record down to 9-6.

Coming up, Pisgah is taking a road trip to square off against Raleigh at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Pisgah's pitchers better be ready for this one: Raleigh has averaged an impressive 6.2 runs per game this season. As for Magee, they will welcome Morton at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
