Volleyball Recap: Bel Air Comes Up Short

Bel Air was the 3-2 winner over Immanuel Christian when they last played one another on Tuesday, but their luck changed this time around. The Highlanders took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Warriors on Friday.

Immanuel Christian found their leader in sophomore Addison Kern, who had eight digs and three aces. Those three aces set a new season-high mark for Kern.

Bel Air's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Immanuel Christian, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Bel Air has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Ysleta on the 15th. As for Immanuel Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Patterson Institute on the 15th.
