With a playoff win on the line, Purcell rose to the challenge on Friday. They walked away with a 66-56 win over the Ada Cougars. The victory was nothing new for the Dragons as they're now sitting on four straight.

Ada's loss came despite strong showings from Sania Richardson and Ava Campos. Richardson to rack up 31 points, while Campos dropped a double-double with 15 points and 11 boards. Richardson has become a key player for Ada: the team is 8-2 when she posts at least 15 points, but 7-8 otherwise. Karsyn Woods was another key player, putting up a point and 11 rebounds.

Purcell's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-9. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.3 points over those games. As for Ada, their loss dropped their record down to 15-10.

As of now, neither Purcell nor Ada have any future games scheduled.
