Baseball Game Preview: Canyon View Falcons vs. Juab Wasps

For the second straight game, Canyon View will face off against Juab. The Falcons will square off against the Wasps at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Canyon View will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak.

Canyon View is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They walked away with a 9-6 win over Juab.

Jarron Bradshaw made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run over 4.2 innings pitched. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in strikeouts (three). He was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with two RBI and one run.

In other batting news, Trenton Ludlow and Price Atwood did most of the damage at the plate: Ludlow went 3-for-6 with three runs, two doubles, and two RBI, while Atwood went 3-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one double. That's the most doubles Ludlow has posted since back in April. Asher Slack was another key player, going 2-for-5 with two RBI and one double.

Canyon View's victory bumped their record up to 26-5. As for Juab, they moved to 25-6 with that loss, which also ended their 11-game winning streak.
