Volleyball Game Preview: Sonoma Academy Coyotes vs. Roseland University Prep Knights

Sonoma Academy is 2-8 against Roseland University Prep since September of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Coyotes will venture away from home to challenge the Knights at 6:00 p.m. Each of these teams will be battling to keep a six-game winning streak alive.

On Thursday, Sonoma Academy got the win against Victory Christian Academy by a conclusive 3-0.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Sonoma Academy was: they took every set by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-5, 25-6, 25-14.

Meanwhile, Roseland University Prep made easy work of Technology on Thursday and carried off a 3-0 win.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Roseland University Prep took every set by at least 25 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-0, 25-0, 25-0.

Roseland University Prep's victory bumped their record up to 17-7. As for Sonoma Academy, their win bumped their record up to 14-3.

Everything went Sonoma Academy's way against Roseland University Prep in their previous matchup back in September, as Sonoma Academy made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Coyotes since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
