Starmount has no trouble against Forbush

Recap: Starmount Rams vs. Forbush Falcons
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Ashe County, the Starmount Rams were happy to have found some success on Friday. They walked away with a 58-46 victory over Forbush. That 58-46 margin sets a new team best for Starmount this season.
Starmount's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jordon Dobson led the charge by scoring 17 points along with six rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which Dobson has scored at least 25% of Starmount's points. Colton Allen was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on ten points and 14 rebounds.
Starmount now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Forbush, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-6.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Starmount will be home for the holidays to greet Wilkes Central at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Wilkes Central has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 447 points over their last six matches. Forbush will be home for the holidays to greet Ledford at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
